Get Auto Repair Pros is an independent directory. When a vehicle owner in one of the cities we serve needs a repair, we connect them with one independent local auto repair shop that serves that area.
Why we focus on diagnosis
Most frustrating repair experiences start with a guess: a part replaced because a code named it, a recharge on a leaking air conditioner, a brake job that skipped the rotors. Diagnosis takes time and costs money, and it's the part people are most tempted to skip. Our articles explain what a real diagnosis involves on purpose.
What we do
- We publish plain explanations of brakes, check engine lights, air conditioning and heating, and engine and transmission work.
- We write city pages about how local heat, cold, roads and air affect vehicles, and we link every specific fact to the official source we took it from.
- When you ask for a callback, we pass your request to one independent local shop serving your area, who contacts you directly.
What we don't do
- We don't repair vehicles, and we don't employ the shops you reach.
- We don't inspect shops or evaluate registrations, technician qualifications, insurance or work.
- We don't publish star ratings, reviews or testimonials, and we don't invent them.
- We don't promise turnaround times or prices; the shop sets those with you.
- We don't sell your personal information.
